Our History
In 1956, the National Interstate and Defense Highways Act sought to establish the interstate highway system. That same year, our founder, N.H. Stone, seized the opportunity to participate in this exciting era of post war prosperity. Over the next several years, N.H. Stone, Inc. would become one of the major players in guardrail installation throughout the southeastern United States, later expanding offerings to include erosion mitigation, seeding and fencing. As an early pioneer in American infrastructure, N.H. Stone was known for his dedicaton to qualilty work and respectful parnerships with employees and community stakeholders; this legacy continues today.

WHAT WE DO
Guardrail Intallation and Removal
Whether gently rolling hills or mountainous rocky soil, we have the manpower and machine capabilities to install guardrail and needed end treatments in any terrain.
Fencing
From chain link and standard right-of-way fencing, to wood plank and other specialty materials, our crews are experienced in all fencing modalities.
Erosion Control
Our crews mobilize quickly, applying blanket, seed and sod to protect existing work sites from erosion and ensure lasting protection once jobs are complete.
